रांची के सिविल सर्जन ने हाई कोर्ट में स्वीकारी चूक,खून चढ़ाने के बाद बच्चे के एचआइवी संक्रमित होने का मामला_我的网站

A | राज्य ब्यूरो, रांची। हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस तरलोक सिंह चौहान और जस्टिस राजेश शंकर की खंडपीठ में खून चढ़ाने के बाद एक बच्चे के एचआइवी संक्रमित होने के मामले में सुनवाई हुई। गुरुवार को सुनवाई के बाद अदालत ने मामले में राज्य सरकार से जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया।,अदालत ने सरकार से पूछा कि कोई पेशेवर रक्तदाता एचआइवी पाजिटिव है या नहीं, इसकी जांच कैसे की जाती है और जांच में एचआइवी पाजिटिव पाए जाने पर वह रक्तदान नहीं करे, इसके लिए क्या प्रविधान किया जाता है? ऐसे मामलों को रोकने के लिए सरकार की ओर से क्या कदम उठाए गए हैं और भविष्य में क्या किया जाएगा, इसकी पूरी जानकारी शपथपत्र के माध्यम से कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया है। सुनवाई के दौरान रांची के सिविल सर्जन प्रभात कुमार उपस्थित थे। सिविल सर्जन ने कहा कि जांच की जाती है। बिना जांच के खून नहीं चढ़ाया जाता। इसपर कोर्ट ने पूछा कि तब खून चढ़ाने के बाद बच्चा एचआइवी पीड़ित क्यों हो गया तो सिविल सर्जन ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया और कहा कि चूक हुई है। कोर्ट ने पूछा कि यदि कोई पेशेवर रक्तदाता है और वह एचआइवी पीड़ित हो जाए, तो इसकी रोकथाम के लिए क्या कदम उठाते हैं। सिविल सर्जन ने बताया कि ऐसे मामलों में अभिभावकों को इसकी जानकारी दी जाती है। कोर्ट के कुछ अन्य सवालों का सिविल सर्जन ने तत्काल जवाब देने में असमर्थता जताई। इसके बाद अदालत ने सरकार को जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया।。 New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday grilled Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia around nine hours at its headquarters in Delhi in an ongoing probe into alleged irregularities in Delhi excise policy.

Sisodia, who was summoned to appear before CBI for questioning, reached the probe agency office today at around 11:30 am and left the office around 8:30 pm after nine hours of questioning by CBI sleuths here.

Manish Sisodia was examined today in connection with an ongoing investigation in an alleged Delhi Excise Policy case. He was examined strictly on the allegations in the FIR and the evidence collected so far during the course of investigation. His statement will be verified in due course and action taken as per requirements of investigation, CBI in a statement stated.

Some sections of the media have aired a video in which, after leaving the CBI office, Shri Manish Sisodia has stated on camera that during his questioning in CBI, he was threatened to leave his political party and similar such insinuations, it stated.

CBI strongly refuted the allegations that during his questioning, he was threatened to leave his political party, it added.

CBI reiterated that examination of Sisodia was carried out in a professional and legal manner strictly as per the allegations against him in the FIR. The investigation of the case will continue as per law, it added.

Sisodia early in the day visited Rajghat with his party workers and proceeded towards CBI Headquarters.

Early in the day, he posted a series of tweets and wrote: “I was to go to Gujarat for an election campaign in the coming days. These people are losing Gujarat badly. Their purpose is to stop me from going to Gujarat election campaign.”

“When I went to Gujarat, I told the people of Gujarat that we will build wonderful schools like Delhi for your children in Gujarat too. People are very happy. But these people do not want good schools to be built in Gujarat also, people of Gujarat should also study and progress,” he added.

“Gujarat election campaign will not stop if I will be put in jail. Every child of Gujarat is now campaigning for good schools, hospitals, jobs, electricity. The coming elections in Gujarat will be a movement,” he wrote.

Sisodia alleged that a false case has been lodged against him. “A completely false case has been made against me. Raided at my house, found nothing, looked at all my bank lockers, found nothing, went to my village and checked everything, found nothing. This is completely fake,” he stated.
