二 |        在支付标准方面,意见要求综合考量长期护理保险基金支撑能力、参保人员基本保障需求与长期护理服务供给情况,合理确定护理服务、评估服务的支付标准并坚持动态调整。       根据意见,逐步将长期护理保险基金使用纳入飞行检查、日常监管、社会监督、智能监管等常态化监管范围,探索将监管延伸到个人。并加强对定点长护服务机构服务收费价格、评估机构评估收费价格的动态监测,保障参保人合法权益。       意见明确,原试点地区要利用3年左右时间逐步完成过渡,确保参保群众待遇稳定衔接。
